The picture side of the postcard shows a part of the exterior of the Cathedral of Saint Elisabeth in Kosice. The names of Francis II Rákóczi and his companions-in-exile are printed on the postcard as a frame: steward Miklós Sibrik, Ilona Zrínyi, prince Francis II Rákóczi, József Rákóczi, general count Antal Esterházy, count Miklós Bercsényi, countess Krisztina Csáky. The stamp design of the postcard shows the relief depicting Francis II Rákóczi situated at the cathedral in Kosice. The graphic design of the special cancellation stamp includes a portrait of Francis II Rákóczi and a stylised drawing of a part of the Kosice Cathedral.
