In the postcard’s impressed stamp with a value of HUF 52 there is the coat of arms on the shako of the Hungarian Royal Finance, Customs and Taxation Guard from 1885. The picture side of the postcard shows a montage of the collection of the Finance and Customs Guard Museum in Buda-pest, based on photos by András Láng-Miticzky. The main motifs are a shako, an old uniform, the former Customs building and an officer’s sword, while in the background there is an extract of the decree founding the service. The graphic design of the postmark is a stylised drawing of a shako.
