As stocks of the stamp with a surcharge For Each Other have run out, Magyar Posta is issuing a reprint on 24 November 2010 with a change of face value to aid the victims of the red sludge disaster. The printing costs of producing the stamp are being borne by the print works Állami Nyomda Nyrt.
OLYMPIC HISTORY - ROME OLYMPICS, 1960
On 13 November 2006 the intention of the Hungarian Olympic Committee and Magyar Posta, and at the same time the expectation of stamp collectors was fulfilled when Magyar Posta issued a stamp block celebrating the medal winners of the Summer Olympic Games held fifty years beforehand. The block being released in 2010 pays tribute to the medal winners of the Rome Olympics.
HUNGARIAN-IRANIAN JOINT STAMP ISSUE
Magyar Posta and Iran Post are releasing a joint stamp. The set of two stamps is available in Hungary from 10 November 2010. The Hungarian issue uses the same designs as the Iranian stamps due to be released on 31 December 2010.
CHRISTMAS 2010
In keeping with its traditions Magyar Posta is issuing a set of ordinary stamps to celebrate Christmas. A domestic (HUF 80) stamp and a domestic priority (HUF 105) stamp can be used to send season’s greetings. Works by the painter Erzsébet Udvardi have once again been used for the Christmas stamps this year, as in 2002, 2004 and 2006. The original of the painting now shown, entitled Three Kings, is the altarpiece of the chapel in the Prohászka Ottokár Ursulite Public Education Centre in Győr.
HUNGARIAN GYMNASTICS FEDERATION IS 125 YEARS OLD
Magyar Posta is marking the 125th anniversary of the foundation of the Hungarian Gymnastics Federation by issuing a commemorative stamp. On the day the stamp is released the prestigious national thematic stamp exhibition called the 15th TEMAFILA 2010 BUDAPEST will start at the National Federation of Hungarian Philatelists.
SYNAGOGUES IN HUNGARY II
Magyar Posta began issuing a series of special stamps presenting the synagogues of Hungary in 2008. The first two stamps of the series featured the New Synagogue in Szeged and the Synagogue of the Jewish Theological Seminary – University of Jewish Studies. The series is now expanded by stamps showing the Nagykőrös Synagogue and the New Synagogue in Szolnok.

BICENTENARY OF THE BIRTH OF FRÉDÉRIC FRANÇOIS CHOPIN
Frédéric François Chopin, known as the poet of the piano, was one of the greatest composers of classical music. The musician, who lived in the first half of the 19th century, was the pioneer of the use of national Romantic and folk music motifs. 2010 has been declared the year of Chopin by UNESCO and Magyar Posta is marking the occasion by releasing a celebratory stamp.

Magyar Posta is overprinting 10,000 copies of the stamp block “In memory of the Republic of Hungary’s first freely elected prime minister”, which appeared in 1993, to mark the 20th anniversary of József Antall being elected prime minister.
EUROPA 2010 CHILDREN'S BOOKS
Every year the member countries of PostEurop vote to choose the subject to appear on all their EUROPA stamps to be released that year. In 2010 the topic chosen was children’s books. Magyar Posta presents a selection of illustrations for children’s books by Károly Reich in its new stamps for this occasion.
WORLD FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
Magyar Posta is marking the 19th FIFA World Cup, which is to be held in the Republic of South Africa between 11 June and 11 July, by issuing a special stamp. This is the first time the event is being held in Africa and, after it has taken place, Oceania will be the only geographical region not to have organised the world championship.
