In order to meet demands for regular items of mail, a regular postcard and envelope issued in 2004 with an imprinted value has been reissued with a change of nominal value. In the stamp design there is the building of the Hungarian Post Office Ltd.’s National Logistics Centre and the company logo, which fluoresces under UV light.
